Each club is responsible for providing the GCSL Secretary a current Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to the first meet. The Certificate must name the All-Star Meet Facility as a Certificate Holder, and must continue in effect through the date of the last Division All-Star Meet. Any club not providing this information will not be able to participate in the Division all-star Meet. NOTE: Each rep must check with the insurance agent to make certain that sporting events are included in their liability coverage!

Mecklenburg County is named as additional insured
Certificate holder should read:
Mecklenburg County Aquatic Center

Coverage should extend through July 11, 2013
